Transparent and colorless culinary circumstance for 150 people at the Center Pompidou of Metz. The loss of visual density is not total, a color slightly golden is present in lollipops with turpentine flavor and color violet at the end of the table comes to enhance spheres hazardous cations with the aromas of the eponymous flower. The preparations mix amazing flavors, intensifying this relationship to the unknown in what appears to be a "partial appearance".
Epifanija Delna is part of a series of three transparent culinary situations, of which Claire Kémia and Cécile Substantine were the first examples.
